Terms of Use

Welcome to Turing's Gate (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Turing's Gate

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher).
• Membership requires a Red Pearl code (a founder pearl while those last, then an invite from a member). You are responsible for who you invite and for activity on your account. Keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account was compromised.
• One person, one account. The Service is for real humans: don't run bots, scripts, or automated accounts, and don't use AI to impersonate a person.

2. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content on the Service, solely so the Service can run. You promise you have the right to post it and that it doesn't break these rules or the law.

3. Community rules

Don't post, send or share content that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or targets anyone, or encourages violence or self-harm;
• is hateful toward people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities);
• is graphically violent or gratuitously shocking;
• is spam, a scam, phishing, malware, or an unsolicited advertisement;
• shares someone's private information without their consent (doxxing) or impersonates another person or organization;
• promotes illegal activity or infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

Also don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass its bot protection, or get around a block or suspension.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently remove accounts, and where appropriate involve law enforcement. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours wherever we can. We may act without notice when needed to keep people safe. If you think we made a mistake, email support@turingsgate.com and we'll take another look.

5. Reporting and blocking

• Report a post, reply or message with its Report button, or report a member from their profile card. Reports are private.
• Block a member from their profile card. A blocked member's posts, replies, messages and notifications are hidden from you and they can't ring you. Manage blocks in Settings > Privacy.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

6. Voice, calls and live chat

Voice rooms and calls are live and are not recorded by us. Be respectful: the same rules apply. Don't record or share other people's calls or private messages without their consent.

7. Accounts and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Profile > Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to stop offering the Service.

8. The Service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Turing's Gate running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every member will behave. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we'll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
