Common questions

How do I join? I need a Red Pearl code.

Turing's Gate keeps bots out with Red Pearl codes. While the first 1,000 founder pearls last, you can pop one yourself right on the home screen. After that, ask a current member for a Red Pearl code. Then choose Need an account? Sign Up on the home screen and enter it.

How do I report a post, reply, message or member?

Tap Report under a post, next to a reply, under a message in a chat, or on a member's profile card. Pick a reason and send it. Reports are private and reviewed by our moderators.

How do I block someone?

Tap their name or avatar to open their profile card, then tap Block. You won't see their posts, replies, messages or notifications and they can't ring you. You can unblock in Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings > Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account, type your username to confirm, and tap Confirm Delete. Your login and personal data are permanently removed. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.

I forgot my password.

Email us from the address registered to your account and we'll help you regain access. You can change your password any time in Settings > Profile once you're signed in.

Voice calls won't connect or I can't hear anyone.

Check that Turing's Gate has microphone permission (iPhone: Settings > Turing's Gate > Microphone), that your volume is up and the correct output is chosen in Settings > Audio. Calls connect directly between devices, so some strict corporate or school networks block them — try mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network.

I'm not getting notifications.

Allow notifications for Turing's Gate in iPhone Settings > Notifications, and check the switches in Settings > Notifications inside the app.

Someone is in danger or I need urgent help.

Please contact your local emergency services first. Then send us the details so we can act on the account involved.
