Doctrine on one page: kit, numbers and launch changes

Doctrine went live with Season 5 on October 6. Here's the whole kit with the numbers from launch.
The short version:
- 250 health. Support, Survivor sub-role.
- Eternal Scepter heals allies and hurts enemies with the same shot: 60 up close, down to 18 past 50 m. Infused shots hit for 90 and heal for 120.
- Infuse has 2 charges and powers up whatever you do next. Choosing where to spend them is the hero.
- Shrouded Momentum (8 s) is a dash that takes 40% less damage. Infused, it turns into free flight.
- Invigorating Drones heal an ally and give them 30% attack speed. Infused, you get the drones too.
- Deliverance cuts enemy max health (up to 50%) and gives your team up to 150 overhealth.
What changed since the trial weekend: Blizzard toned him down before launch, saying he was overperforming against other supports. The dash went from 50% to 40% damage reduction, and Deliverance from 8 seconds (fading over 5) to 6 seconds (fading over 4).
Things worth trying:
- Keep one Infuse charge for the dash. Free flight is your way out when you get dived.
- Infused Drones on your best damage player gives both of you the attack speed.
- Use Deliverance as your team goes in, not after. The max health cut makes everything else land harder.
